Jordan and I also had costumes this year for our good friend's Halloween/Birthday party! So we were Mary Poppins and Bert! So fun! It's one of my (many!) all-time favorite movies!

halloween 2013
Another rainy Halloween but the kids still had a blast trick or treating. Luckily our awesome babysitters lent us their golf cart and watched Emmy while we finished up our neighborhood in the rain. The girls knew what they wanted to be: Merida and Rapunzel, of course. But for Charlie, I had to get creative. I am too cheap to spend $30 on something that he won't wear again!! Emmy was going to wear a Tinkerbell costume and Jordan had a bunch of green felt left over from a poker tabletop resurface so.... Charlie was Peter Pan! The felt also kept him dry when we were trick-or-treating!
